The International Journal of Education, Management and Social Sciences serves as a dedicated platform for scholarly exploration and dissemination. With a global perspective, the journal aims to facilitate dialogue among researchers, educators, and practitioners, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and the promotion of sustainable community development worldwide. The journal was formed by merging the PSU Multidisciplinary Research Journal, the PSU Journal of Education, Management and Social Sciences and the Philippine Journal of Extension.

Focus

The International Journal of Education, Management and Social Sciences (IJEMSS) is dedicated to advancing knowledge and fostering scholarly dialogue across the fields of education, management, and social sciences. The journal provides a platform for researchers, educators, and practitioners to share innovative research, theoretical perspectives, and practical applications that address contemporary challenges and opportunities in these disciplines.

Scope

1. Research focused on educational theory, practice, and policy. This includes studies on curriculum development, teaching methodologies, educational technology, assessment and evaluation, and educational equity and access.

2. Articles that explore various aspects of management and organizational behavior. Topics include strategic management, human resource management, organizational development, leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

3. Research examines social phenomena, including sociology, psychology, anthropology, and political science. The scope covers studies on social behavior, cultural practices, social policies, and community development.
